In 2021, Dr. Tang was interviewed for an article that discusses how Flinders University scientists have used an Australian-made novel thin film microfluidic device to manipulate Beta-lactoglobulin (β-lactoglobulin), the major whey milk protein in cows, sheep, and other mammal milk.
This research follows on from the invention of the Vortex Fluidic Device, or the 'unboil an egg' machine.
