Description
The aim of this research was to pilot a food sovereignty approach, expressed through the use of Indigenous foods and knowledges in recipes (ingredients and method), compilation of a food box, conduct of a cooking demonstration, and exploring the impact of these food sovereignty activities on social and emotional wellbeing. Our research question was: “What is the impact of providing a food box and cooking demonstration utilising Indigenous and seasonal fresh food on Aboriginal people’s social and emotional wellbeing in Southern Adelaide?”
