Description
The Academic Senate is the sub-committee of Flinders University Council responsible for all matters related to academic governance. -Introduced a risk-based approach to governance in a highly regulated setting. -Led Academic Senate’s duties in upholding higher education standards. -Provided leadership in the TEQSA reaccreditation process, resulting in the University's reaccreditation for 7 years with no conditions. -Commissioned and led responses to external audits/reviews of academic governance.
