Description
Dili Model United Nations (DMUN) conference for 2019. Dili Model United Nations is the first and only youth-run Model UN conference in Timor-Leste, and every year, we bring around 100 University and high school students who are passionate about diplomacy and global affairs. It is sponsored by the Embassy of the United States in Dili. This year, we pick the UN Sustainable Development Goals #16 “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions” as our main topic, which has in its core to “promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels
