As a professional freelance actor, the production allowed me to engage with the professional arts industry on a platform with national and international exposure. It also allowed me to implement my research, specialising in psycho-physical performance training techniques. Indeed, my PhD references how rehearing the remount season incorporated rehearsal techniques which were developed during my research.
