Written by acclaimed English playwright Simon Stephens, 'Sea Wall' is a modern day tragedy about love, loss, and grief. The 2021 season was part of the Adelaide Fringe, and it received critical acclaim. Playing in the Space Theatre at the Adelaide Festival Centre, the 2021 season followed the 2018 original season.
As a professional freelance actor, the production allowed me to engage with the professional arts industry on a platform with national and international exposure. It also allowed me to implement my research, specialising in psycho-physical performance training techniques. Indeed, my PhD references how rehearing the remount season incorporated rehearsal techniques which were developed during my research.
