Research Biography
Adeline is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) with extensive experience in public and community hospitals, residential care and outpatient clinics. Adeline is passionate about making mealtimes an enjoyable and nourishing experience.
She has a special interest in plant-based nutrition, and with her added credential of a Master of Science in Applied Gerontology, Adeline also truly enjoys promoting good health and well-being in older adults.
She has experience in a wide range of clinical settings such as: rehabilitation, stroke, enteral feeding, gastroenterology and chronic diseases including diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
Currently, Adeline is a PhD student with Flinders University, Nutrition & Dietetics, College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Her PhD project is about evaluating the effectiveness of consumer informed nutrition education resources for frailty.
