Personal profile
Research Biography
My academic history largely stems from an early interest in education. I remember myself as a 10 year old using a red marker to grade my work from previous years; not always agreeing with the grades I originally received! Grading previous works translated into a life-long passion for learning. My PhD explored how we best integrate information in a collaborative search context. Using cognitive modelling, I analysed how teams pool information to reach an optimal joint decision.
