Research Biography

Dr Alicia Lander is a Research Associate in the College of Medicine and Public Health and the ECR lead of the Circadian Health research theme at the Flinders Health and Medical Research Institute (FHMRI). Her research has primarily focused on investigating circadian rhythms, impulsive behaviour and mood. Her current research project investigates circadian light sensitivity as a mechanism for antidepressant treatment efficacy. Dr Lander has presented her research at national sleep and chronobiology conferences and has published in high quality peer-reviewed journals. She is also the Communications & Media Manager of the Australasian Chronobiology Society (ACS).
