Research Biography

Amanda completed her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University in 1994 and has over 14 years experience as a clinical dietitian with broad experience in various clinical areas of dietetics.

She commenced her academic career at Flinders University in 2008 and currently holds the position of Clinical Placement Coordinator and Course Coordinator of the Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics program.
