Research Biography

Dr Hordacre has worked for 20 years in social, workplace, health and aged care research. As Deputy Director, Operations at the Australian Industrial Transformation Institute, Dr Hordacre leads the evaluation and quantitative activities and brings extensive experience, skills and knowledge in high level project management as well as quantitative and qualitative research methods, analysis and reporting for evaluations and other research. Dr Hordacre has been responsible for the development, administration and analysis of numerous largescale, cross-sectional and/or longitudinal surveys for government (Federal, State and Local), business and NGOs successfully utilising a range of platforms including custom-built online, standard online, computer assisted telephone interview (CATI) and paper-based.
