Research Biography

Associate Professor Ann-Louise Hordacre has more than 25 years’ experience in psychosocial, cultural, health, veteran, aged care work and industry research. As Deputy Director, Operations at the Australian Industrial Transformation Institute, A/Prof Hordacre leads the evaluation and research team and brings extensive experience, skills and knowledge in high level project management, relationship management as well as quantitative and qualitative research methods, analysis and reporting. A/Prof Hordacre has led or managed numerous largescale, cross-sectional and longitudinal research projects and evaluations worth over $30 million in commissioned research and other funding for more than 100 research partners including government, business and non-government organisations. A/Prof Hordacre has contributed to more than 170 publications and reports focused on people and society, social change, work environment, innovation, technology and disruption.

A/Prof Hordacre is an affiliate of the Flinders Factory of the Future and the College of Business, Government and Law lead on the Flinders Open Door Initiative.
