Research Biography

I am a PhD Candidate with the College of Education, Psychology, and Social Work under the SHAPE Research Centre and FHMRI Sleep Health. My current research assesses and compares sleep complaints and mental health issues among current and retired athletes. My project involves large-scale surveys across all levels of sport, longitudinal sleep monitoring, and qualitative enquiries into the lived experiences of athletes.
