Research Biography
Carol is an accomplished senior-level director with a successful strategic and tactical leadership track record. Her unique combination of operational experience across tertiary, primary, and aged care sectors together with significant research skills ensures she can lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions to complex challenges. She has developed strong cross-sector partnerships based on trust, respect, and collaborative accomplishments.

Career Highlights
Carol's funding highlights include being a recipient of a Dementia and Aged Care grant from the Commonwealth Government while at SAHMRI. She also received a NHMRC project grant focusing the well-being of older Aboriginal people.
She has been the CEO of an aged care service, as well as Director of Ambulatory Care and Health Reform Manager for the Northern Territory.
Completed Supervisions
Carol has co-supervised two successful PhDs completions in the areas of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health & resilience.
She has also been the principal supervisor for two Masters students in the areas of Aboriginal health.
