Research Biography

Dr. Darryl Jones has research interests in electron collisions with atoms, molecules and free radicals that have applications in medical (radiation-based therapies) and technology-based fields (plasma processing). Dr. Jones utilises experiments with low- and high-energy electrons to study a range of phenomena that includes electron-impact excitation, ionization and fragmentation processes. Dr Jones has interests in quantum chemical computations that are useful for describing atomic and molecular phenomena.
