Dr. Ehsan Abedin is a lecturer in Business Analytics at College of Business, Government and Law, Flinders University. Prior to his appointment at Flinders, he served as a postdoctoral research fellow in Data Science and Analytics at The University of Melbourne and Monash University.

Ehsan completed his PhD in Computing and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne in 2023. His research interests encompass Business Analytics, with a particular focus on Social Commerce, Social Network Analysis and Data-driven Decision-making. He has a publication record in several well-known journals, including Acta Psychologica, Plos One, and the Pacific Asia Journal of the Association for Information Systems. His expertise also extends to prominent Information Systems conferences, where he has contributed at the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), the Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS), and the Australasian Conference on Information Systems (ACIS).
