I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of marginalized and disadvantaged populations. My main focus areas are nutrition, maternal and child health, HIV, STIs and viral hepatitis.

Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in:
> research management (qualitative, quantitative, clinical trials)
> academic writing for peer-reviewed journals
> public health and clinical services policy development
> health program design, implementation, monitoring/QA and evaluation
> project management including financial, contractual and fundraising responsibilities
> community development
> health promotion

I have gathered diverse experience from non-government, private consultancy, government and research institute settings. Through these networks and experiences, I have become an accomplished and motivated strategist and communicator, developing and harnessing networks to achieve common goals.
