Research Biography

Dr Emer Van Ryswyk has several years of research experience, following completion of Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery and Bachelor of Medical Science degrees. She undertook her first full-time position in research in 2011, where she undertook translational and research synthesis projects. In 2012, she began PhD candidature at the University of Adelaide, and was awarded her PhD with a Dean's Commendation for Doctoral Thesis Excellence.  Dr Emer Van Ryswyk's areas of research interest and experience include: systematic reviews, chronic disease screening and management, randomised controlled trials, qualitative research, management of sleep disorders, surveys and research translation.
