Research Biography

Dr Baker is a Senior Research Fellow and Psychologist in the Flinders Health and Medical Research Institute Sleep Health. Her research work primarily focuses on characterizing sleep profiles in neurodevelopmental conditions (autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability), with the aim of improving early detection and informing targeted, evidence-based interventions. She is passionate about advancing inclusive, person-centred research that promotes better sleep for neurodivergent children and young people.
