Personal profile
Research Biography
The primary focus of my research, teaching, and consultancy is on the design and implementation of effectively differentiated learning experiences for academically diverse learners, including those with disabilities and those with advanced intellectual abilities. My work aims to foster contemporary, evidence-informed models of inclusive education and academic talent development, at the levels of classroom, school, and system-wide practice and policy. My academic experience and commitment to inclusive practice builds on diverse professional experience as a teacher, special educator, counsellor, behaviour support practitioner and administrator, across special education, gifted education and disability services, in Australia and the United States.
