Dr Janice (Jane) Jones is an Associate Professor in Business at the College of Business, Government and Law, Flinders University.  Prior to academia she worked in the Health Care sector.

Jane teaches and researches in Human Resource Management, and has a focus on diversity and inclusion, and culturally and linguistically diverse workers (CALD), returnees, Indigenous arts workers and persons with disability (PWD). Her research interests also include innovation, digital technologies, particularly social media technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) and technology transfer.
