Research Biography

Jolene is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and senior lecturer within Nutrition and Dietetics. Her teaching focus is in the area of clinical dietetics and research methods.  She completed a PhD in Malnutrition screening within vascular surgery patients in 2020. Her research areas of focus are healthy ageing, aged care and nutrition assessment/screening. Jolene is a licensed clinical bone densitometrist and is able to conduct scans for research studies.
