Research Biography

Dr Jung Yoon is a research fellow at the Centre for Social Impact (CSI) in the College of Business and Law at Flinders University. Jung's research interests and expertise are in the diversity and inclusion of organisational culture, person-centred management, social enterprises, and social entrepreneurship in creative industries. She has published academic journal articles about inclusive management, social inclusion, and socio-economic participation of people with cognitive disability for international journals.

Research Expertise

Research expertise in the areas of inclusive organisational culture and management, digital accessibility, socio-economic participation of people with cognitive disability, innovative social enterprise models of business management, social inclusion, and social policies (e.g. NDIS and employment policies). 

Research Interests

Strong research interests in disability employment, national and international social policies, social enterprise, business ethics and management for the inclusion of disadvantaged groups
