Kendrea Rhodes is currently undertaking doctoral research at Flinders University. Kendrea takes a creative approach to the fragmented histories and narratives of the Ballarat Asylum using Mad studies, history, creative-writing, life-writing and creative practice ethnography. Kendrea seeks to show how creative practice research methodologies might generate social change upon complex temporal and cultural perceptions of Madness.
