Research Biography

Dr Leah Couzner is a Research Support Officer in the Research Development and Support Team, providing support to Flinders Health and Medical Research Institute. Specifically, Leah provides administrative and project management support to the Molecular Biosciences research theme.

Leah was awarded her PhD in 2017 and has worked in a variety of research-related roles in 13 years at Flinders University. Leah has conducted and supported research in a range of areas including the wellbeing of older adults, young-onset dementia, quality of life, clinical rehabilitation interventions for older adults, health economics, mental health nursing, clinical education and paramedicine.
