Personal profile
Research Biography
As a developer and researcher of Human Services, Lenore is committed to improving the quality of services for older people and people living with dementia through co-design, collaboration, translation of evidence into practice and evaluation.
Supervisor Philosophy
As an early career researcher with considerable experience in policy, public administration, human services and aged care, I bring expertise and networks to a supervision panel. I use this to support and connect higher degree research students with implementation science and service providers to address real-world problems.
As an external supervisor, I am currently co-supervising a PhD student project on the implementation of trauma-informed care, and as part of an advisory group for a PhD student exploring small-scale living and care for people with dementia.
