Research Interests

My research interests are in sleep, circadian rhythms, bright light therapy, and treatments for insomnia.   Recent research projects include insomniacs' perception of sleep, evaluating a new behavioural treatment for sleep onset insomnia and exploring the recuperative effects of brief naps.   We have developed a new portable light device in conjunction with Flinders Partners for administration of bright light therapy.
