I explore colonisation, family separation, white culture, consciousness, neoliberalism, and the boundaries between fact & fiction/logic & myth/truth & story by looking at emerging narrative forms like autotheory and autofiction. My work on the narative narcissism of neoliberalism is in the journal Life Writing; work on the politics of grammar and the scholarly point-of-view is in The February Journal; and, a piece on family separation, colonialism, and myth is in Project Passage. I have short stories in literary journals such as Meanjin and Island Magazine. I am a member of the Flinders University Life Narrative Lab, on the Editorial Board of PRISM International, and a Board Member for the CR Art Gallery. Originally from Adelaide, I live on the west coast of Canada.
