Research Biography

Mark teaches and researches in the area of civil justice/civil litigation. He also has a research interest in abortion law and issues concerning reproductive freedom. He has published articles in both subject areas and in journals ranging from the Monash Bioethics Review to the Sydney Law Review. Mark has also co-edited two editions of the book Professional Skills and Ethics published by Lexis Nexis, and co-authored three editions of the book Principles of Civil Litigation published by Thomson Reuters. Mark has also written and recorded an original album with his band, The Invisible Seams, available on Spotify and iTunes and downloadable from a number of other online sources.
