Research Biography

I am an Associate Professor of  Sociology, specialising in careers.

My recent research has been published in leading journals and with respected publishers, including a book with Palgrave Macmillan, two book chapters (Routledge, Springer), and multiple journal articles in Q1 Scimago journals and/or A/B journals on the ABDC list, including Gender, Work and Organization, Career Development International, and Australian Journal of Career Development.

My book, base don qualitaitve research with leading higher education practitioners globally, provides advice and guidanc eon managing your career in higher education.

I am on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Higher Education Policy and Management (ABDC, B), as well as a reviewer for several other high quality journals.
