Research Biography

Michelle is an academic with prior experience across many facets of dietetic practice. Her key practice and research focus has been nutritional rehabilitation of vulnerable groups while her teaching has focused on nutritional epidemiology, research skills and methods and research placement supervision.

Research Interests

Healthy ageing.
Clinical nutrition - specifically areas of rehabilitation, aged care, vascular surgery, orthopedic surgery and cancer survivorship.
Validity and reliability of nutrition screening and assessment instruments.
