Research Biography

Dr Nicole Snaith is an Associate Lecturer and Researcher in Mental Health Nursing. Nicole completed a PhD in 2022 on Yoga and mindfulness-based interventions for mental health. Nicole has an 18 year background of mental health nursing predominantly in community-based settings.

Research interests include yoga and mindfulness-based interventions; recruitment and retention of mental health nurses; co-design research, topic development and teaching with people with lived experience and improving the physical health of people with a mental illness.
