Nurul Adnan is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA) - Knowledge and Implementation Hub at Flinders University. With a clinical background in Nursing, she has gained extensive experience across diverse healthcare settings. Her doctoral research focused on investigating the wellbeing and burnout experiences of healthcare professionals, and their profound impact on the quality of health service delivery. Nurul is deeply committed to generating and disseminating evidence-based knowledge for the benefit of the health sector.
