Research Biography

Olivia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a teaching specialist in Nutrition and Dietetics with experience in a variety of practice areas. Her teaching interests are broad covering a range of topics, with particular interest in diabetes, nutrition for older adults and food service.

Olivia has completed a mixed methods PhD exploring food service policy and practices in residential aged care for older adults with diabetes. Olivia has also completed a Master certificate in Food service management, awarded by Cornell University, (USA).
