Research Biography
Dr Quinn Nguyen is a Lecturer in Finance at the College of Business, Government and Law. Her research interests include corporate governance, earnings management, financial technology, and e-commerce, with a particular focus on emerging and frontier markets. She has published peer-reviewed work on topics such as earnings management, delisting risk, digital transformation, and the role of technology in enhancing financial wellbeing. Her recent publications appear in journals including the International Review of Economics and Finance, Applied Economics, and the Review of Behavioral Finance. Dr Nguyen has received several awards recognising her contributions to teaching and research. Through interdisciplinary and policy-relevant research, she aims to strengthen financial practices and governance frameworks in developing economies.
