Experienced Project Manager with a robust background spanning over 10 years in both shipbuilding and Industry 4.0 technology research. I have a proven track record in leading industry research projects focused on advanced technologies (Industry 4.0) in collaboration with industry partners as part of Flinders Factory of the Future (FFF) program. The project includes Manufacturing Growth Accelerator Program funded by Australian Federal and State governments focusing on industry capability building for digital transformation. My role includes research project activities (initiating, scoping, planning, and managing) as well as supporting technology acquisition and operation at the FFF. Beyond my research experience, I possess a demonstrated practical capability in steering a diverse range of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC) projects, showcasing my adeptness in managing shipbuilding projects valued up to $3.4 Billion AUD. My expertise extends to ensuring Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHS&E) compliance, coupled with strong project management skills, allowing me to collaboratively navigate successful outcomes with stakeholders.
