Research Biography

Samantha is an Associate Lecturer at Flidners Law, in the College of Business, Government and Law. She is the topic coordinator for LLAW1312 Essential Legal Skills, LLAW2211 Torts 2 [Interviewing] and LLAW2311 Torts.

Samantha has experience teaching in topics including: Legal Research and Writing, Criminal Law and Legal Method, Issues in Criminal Law, Torts 1, Torts 2, and Property Equity and Trusts, and Dispute Management. She has also been involved in the Criminal Practice and Advocacy PLT course and has been a sessional marker in Family Law, and Civil Litigation. Samantha has additionally taught in the School of Nursing and Midwifery in Law and Ethics Applied to Nursing.

Samantha has a strong interest in transition and orientation to higher education, and coordinates the New in Law Orientation and Peer Mentoring Program.

Samantha is currently a part-time PhD candidate studying legal negotiation and legal education.
