Sophie Rapagna commenced her PhD within the Medical Device Research Institute in 2017 under the supervision of Dr Egon Perilli. Her research explores lower limb bone microarchitecture and biomechanics, specifically, exploring the quantification of tibial cartilage morphology and subchondral bone micro-architecture in knee osteoarthritis using micro-computed tomography.
