Research Biography
My research focusses on the protective capacity of law, including international law generally, responsibility of States, and governance of outer space and space technology. My research interests include commercial space activities, sustained human presence in space, the responsibility to protect civilians from atrocity crimes, disarmament and arms control, international humanitarian law, international peace and security, grey zone operations in space and cyber, and information and disinformation operations.
