Research Biography

Journalist and interpreter by profession (and photographer and traveller by hobby), Tets Kimura an interdisciplinary researcher, whose current research activities focus on Asian art and popular culture in modern history and contemporary society, that lead us to (re)map and (re)construct Asian identities. His first book, Exporting Japanese Aesthetics, will be published in early 2020.
