Description

Awarded by the Australian Museum Eureka Prizes for the team of scientist that achieves excellence in research outputs from using an interdisciplinary approach. This award in 2016 was given to a team including Prof John Long who worked with Prof Ross Large at U.Tas on the Trace Elements in Past Oceans project (TEPO). Prof Longs contribution was recognised by his paper on Selenium as a factor in 3 mass extinction events (Gondwana Research 2016).
