Endeavour Fellow of the Australian Government Department of Education and Training to conduct research on the roles of the global organisations on health systems strengthening. These fellowships are nationally competitive merit-based awards for high achieving early career professionals; the success rate is considered to be around 10-15 per cent. The fellowship was hosted by the World Dental Federation, Geneva, a sister organisation of the World Health Organization. During the fellowship period, research activity was conducted being based at Geneva, and at Kings College London.
