Description

The aims of this study are to determine the intervention strategy, effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of ‘Partnership in iSupport program’ and carers’ experience in the program. The program is designed to enhance support for carers and improve their ability to manage dementia at home. The expected outcomes are improved quality of life and health for carers and care recipients and reduced hospital admission, emergency department use and premature admission to aged care homes of care recipients.
