Project Details

Description

Hossein Esmaeili and I plan to work with Golomt Legal Consulting LLP, a Mongolian law firm, on a project to examine the regulatory frameworks for mine closure in Mongolia and Australia and to explore which lessons from Australia could be adapted to support sustainable mining in Mongolia. This is a contract-based project with the aim to establish a PhD scholarship to support one Mongolian student to undertake PhD studies in Flinders Law School.
