The project has three primary objectives: (1) Use existing specimens to guide discussions with First Nations communities regarding potential fieldwork. (2) Identify, image, and catalogue all arthropod specimens within the TMAG collection. (3) Contextualise and publish these findings within broader narratives of Tasmanian natural history. This project directly aligns with goals of enhancing the value and accessibility of invertebrate collections and produces tangible, high-impact research output
