Description
This project will explore and evaluate the legal and regulatory arrangements covering Low Earth Orbit (LEO) or Non-Geo-Stationary-Orbit (NGSO) satellites. Several large constellations are already being deployed by overseas companies, creating big challenges as well as many opportunities for the Australian space industry, policy-makers and regulators.
