Description
This proposed research project seeks to design, develop, implement, and evaluate a digital ‘wayfinding’ app that will connect social and health service providers and correctional staff (Community Corrections and prison), thereby improving connection to community supports for those exiting prison to better assist individuals with post-prison reintegration and desistance.
