Description

I hypothesise that brain cancer-specific circRNAs can be exploited to kill the cells they are expressed in with the CRISPR-Cas12a2 molecular kill switch. My completed project aims to offer a revolutionary improvement in survival of incurable cancers and elevate the therapeutic potential of circRNAs.
