Description

Students will get a first-hand experience of Middle Eastern history, culture. Students will also get an opportunity to learn more about the and business practices towards gender diversity and its management. During the study tour, students will visit the Expo in the March 8 on the Intl Women’s Day 8 Mar about the Gender equality. Students will also participate in a series of lectures presented by the academics, industry experts from the Dubai. This event will be collaborated with the Manipal Academy of Higher Education - Dubai. If permission granted, students would meet Australia's Ambassadors to the UAE.
During this time the accompanying faculties from the business will be collecting data from multiple stakeholders, to explore the gender diversity practices in Dubai. The findings will offer implications for managers to improve gender equality in Arab countries.
