Rebuilding the noh theatre in the Cowra Japanese Garden: Towards revisiting Japanese history in Australasia

My research partner Associate Professor Richard Bullen (University of Canterbury, New Zealand) and I will write a paper from this activity, and we will probably aim to publish it in the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Art (Routledge journal) – but we do not write about our intention to publish in the Japan Foundation’s application form (see attachment), given activities need to be finished by early 2024.

Noting the activity funded (to build the noh stage) will be the first step of the Shuriken theatre play production in the Japan Foundation form (an NTRO).
