Description
This implementation research will evaluate the implementation of the “Screen, Clean, Hydrate” protocol in the acute stroke units of the RAH, LMH and FMC. This protocol includes swallow screening within 4 hours of admission, best practice oral healthcare, and hydration monitoring and management. The research will measure effectiveness and feasibility through a pilot RCT.
