Shared practice framework, assessment tools and capacity building

This project will deliver a shared practice framework, associated assessment tools and capacity building to embed the framework and tools across the ACT's Homelessness Sector. The work is part of a recommissioning process for the ACT government, which includes orienting the Homelessness Sector towards outcomes.
